Til chutney is the best accompaniment for Urad dal rice. It can also go well Idli, Dosa and curd rice. I can just have plain rice, curd and til chutney anytime. Til chutney is so tasty even without coconut. It can also be prepared very easily. It does not even take 5 minutes to prepare Til chutney. No need to temper too. Just dry roasting sesame seeds and red chillies are enough. Ellu chutney will be very crunchy too.
