Ingredients:


Red Chilli - 250 g
Corriander seeds(Dhania) - 400 g
Bengal Gram - 100 g
Rice - 75 g
Pepper corns - 25 g
Jeera/Cumin seeds - 25g
Fenugreek seeds - 25g
Curry Leaves(Dried) - Few

Preparation:


1. Fry all the ingredients separately in little oil till they turn to golden brown color.
2. Put all of them in a mixie and make fine powder.
