Looking at the popularity of my post on my experience with the GM diet, I am sharing you the diet menu from day 1 to day 7. This diet chart for weight loss is purely a vegetarian plan.

GM Diet Vegetarian Plan for 7 days - GM Diet Menu
Important: 10 glasses of water every day.
All fruits except bananas in any quantity.
Suggestions: Watermelon and Cantaloupe
Any quantity of Fresh or cooked vegetables of your choice without oil, coconut and with little salt. You can have large boiled potato for breakfast.
Fruits and Vegetables. No bananas and potatoes. Any quantity.
8 bananas and 3 glasses of milk. You can include one bowl of vegetable soup.
Eat 1 cup of rice and 6 tomatoes with 12 glasses of water.
One cup of rice with fresh or cooked vegetables of any quantity.
1 cup rice, fruit juice and vegetables of your choice.
